The client need

IDP Education needed a set of recruitment and employer brand assets to help attract job candidates and communicate the culture of the organisation. The project needed to show the people behind the company, the meaning of the work, the global nature of the business and the opportunities for career growth.

What I created

I created a connected employer brand package that included interview-led recruitment videos, a day-in-the-life counsellor story, brand and brochure photography, leadership portraits and motion graphics. The package gave IDP a flexible set of assets for careers pages, presentations, reports and internal or external communications.

The value for the client was having one trusted media partner who could move across several needs: polished staff interviews, workplace storytelling, office and social-space photography, leadership headshots, branded speaker titles and opening and closing graphics.

The approach

The visual style combined beautifully lit interviews with warm observational photography of office moments, meetings, conversations and everyday team interactions. The aim was to make the workplace feel professional, global and human, while giving the videos polish for recruitment and employer brand use.

I worked with the client team to understand the themes they wanted to communicate, then shaped the interviews and edits around clear candidate-facing messages: work with meaning, global ambition, technology, innovation, career growth, leadership and connection. The final package gave IDP a flexible set of assets that could support recruitment campaigns, careers pages, presentations, leadership communication and future internal or external events.
