The client need

Monash College needed a flexible set of student profile assets to promote its pathway programs, international partnerships and student experience. The project needed to show how students move from Monash College into Monash University, while also capturing the support, confidence, friendships and campus life that shape the journey.

What I created

I created a repeatable student profile package across multiple filming days. Each day was planned around two student stories, with each profile receiving a longer hero video, a shorter social cutdown, a photography series with portrait and landscape options, and raw b-roll for future internal use.

The strength of the package was the value created from each filming day. Monash College received polished student stories for campaign use, social-ready cutdowns, high-quality photography for websites, brochures and presentations, and additional footage that could support future marketing and communications needs.

The approach

The process was built around careful planning, efficient production and warm student-led storytelling. Each profile needed to feel personal and genuine, while still serving a clear recruitment purpose: helping future students understand the pathway into Monash University and imagine themselves taking that next step.

On the filming days, I balanced interview filming, campus b-roll and photography so the client could get a useful range of assets without stretching the students or the schedule. The photography was approached as a proper campaign deliverable, with different crops, orientations and frame sizes captured for web, brochure, presentation and social use.
