The client need

RMIT University needed a suite of media resources for its Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Automation, supporting both online teaching and course promotion.

The project needed to bring industry knowledge into the learning experience, showing students how automation is changing real supply chain environments.

What I created

The project became a connected package of teaching documentaries, promotional videos, 360 tours and raw footage assets.

This included 31 teaching documentaries, each around 5–10 minutes long, filmed with supply chain experts and industry partners from Linfox, Toll, TMX and Munro. The project also included promotional video content, three 360 tours with hotspots, and raw interview and warehouse footage for future teaching, research and promotional use.

The approach

The strength of the project was the collaboration between RMIT subject experts, supply chain researchers and industry partners.

We filmed with automation managers, production managers, leaders, product owners, data analysts and supply chain professionals, bringing their perspectives into the course. Location filming across Melbourne and Sydney distribution centres helped students see automated warehouse systems, automated forklifts, packing stations, robotics and digital twin technology in real operational environments.
